Perssist is a tech-enhanced online personal assistant that takes care of all the undesirable tasks from your to-do list. Whether it’s calling customer service, planning a trip, or getting some work done, Perssist routes your request to the right specialist for the job. Our proprietary technology allows anyone to have painless, affordable, and reliable access to an intelligent personal assistant, it improves quality of results, and it learns about users to create a personalized experience.
Get an idea of how people are using Perssist from the homepage or with some Common Requests.
- Requests are accepted via email, web app, and voice message, with a mobile app in development, all of which are available 24/7 on-demand, with quick turnaround times
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) is used to analyze each request to help route it to a specialist, and provide them with the resources to complete the request
- Information is presented in beautiful, content-rich cards (see below for a screenshot), and not walls of text.
- Over time, Perssist learns user preferences that are automatically taken into consideration for new requests via machine learning algorithms
- The specialist that picks up your task made it through a recruiting and training process that’s more selective than Harvard (less than 5% of applicants make the cut). Assistants are from all over the world, and they've all been evaluated for intelligence, service, personality, English writing and speaking, and tested for various potential specialties, such as travel planning or WordPress.
- Perssist can take care of any task that can be handled by an intelligent and tech-savvy person with an internet connection, a phone, and a liberal arts degree. If you happen to need someone with more technical or professional knowledge, we can find someone for you.
- You won't find a team more dedicated to user happiness and feature development to make users' lives easier. We listen to our users and implement user feedback into our development process on a regular basis. Reach us at support@perssist.com.

Our vision is that every busy person always has someone there for them to take care of the undesirable tasks that come up in life. We think the reason most people don't have an assistant currently is because of the level of friction between having a need arise, and having someone take care of that need. This friction comes in the form of long signup times, difficulty in submitting a request, lack of experience using an assistant, and large minimum service commitments. Furthermore, low quality service makes people regret outsourcing a task in the first place, and Perssist's high level of quality has only been available through more expensive options in the past.
Our Subscription Plans provide increasing levels of support via blocks of time credit. Time is charged in 5 minute increments, and 100% of unused time rolls over each month. There is also a "pay as you go" option if a user isn't ready for a subscription.
